Quality Manufacturing was originally founded as an injection moulding company in January 2000. The site was originally built by Johnson & Johnson as one of their worldwide supply sites of moulded components for the oral hygiene market. A number of very experienced operators joined Quality Manufacturing following the closure of that operation.

Our Capabilities
We have some 13 injection moulding presses ranging in size from 28 ton to 610 ton. Our staff has worked with many different plastics and is able to meet some of the most demanding requirements of our customers. We can provide insert moulding with our vertical presses as well as utilizing robotic part handling. If your product needs decorating we have a number of different applications. The markets we serve are industrial, consumer and electronics and our customers include Fortune 500 companies and market leaders in their fields.
Injection Blow Molding
Quality Manufacturing has Jomar machines available to manufacture your bottle needs. They range in size from 40 ton to 65 ton. Whether it is a tablet, pill or a liquids bottle, we can produce from 45cc to 500cc in house or source larger sizes from one of our extrusion blow moulding partners. Bottles can be made from PP, HDPE, LDPE and PS. We can incorporate either the injected neck finish for child resistance, or one that accommodates screw caps. The neck finish allows for barrier seals for your tamper evident foil application. We will both utilize your moulds or design and build new moulds. If required we can provide flame treating for your printing needs.

What is Injection Blow Molding?
Injection blow moulding is designed to manufacture bottle to exacting standards and specifications. The quality, weight and volume of the bottles are consistent with superior dimensional properties. There is a maximum usage of material as there is no flash or regrind. The process is done in three stages. The first stage is injection where molten material fills a mould cavity to form a parison around a mandrel or core rod. During this first stage the neck is moulded to exacting dimensions. The product is then rotated 120 degrees to the blow mould. In this cavity the bottle shape takes place as air is blown through the mandrel into the parison expanding it to the final dimensions. The product is once again rotated 120 degrees to the final stage. In this last process the bottles are stripped from the mandrel or core rod for packing or flame treating.

Quality Manufacturing offers customers an integrated supply chain from product development to mould design through injection moulding to assembly and packaging. We can assist with both prototype tooling and final production moulds.
We are very conscious of cost and will ensure that the appropriate tools are built whether it is single cavity moulds or multi cavity runner less tools. This applies for either straight injection moulds or injection blow moulds. We can help you determine what your needs will be.
